This data is necessary in order to manage your user profile and provide the services you have requested. We would also like to inform you about your rights in relation to your personal data.

The processing of this data is based on the performance of the contract to provide you with the requested services and on our legitimate interest to effectively operate and improve the Platform. In some cases, depending on your consent, the processing may include certain marketing activities.


We always ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. Your personal data will be stored for up to 6 months after deletion of your StayCurious user profile.

 

 

Under certain circumstances, we may store your personal data beyond the aforementioned period if this is required by law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

 

Targeted marketing

If you have given your consent, we will process the personal data associated with your user profile to send you offers, news and inspiration from the world of StayCurious. In addition, we use this data to create profiles in order to better tailor the content of our communications to your interests. This is done in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Statistics and analytics

In order to improve your experience with StayCurious and our platform, we use your personal data to compile statistics and analyses. In addition, we process the data you provide to us in questionnaires and satisfaction surveys in order to continuously optimize our platform. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in improving the platform, as we believe that our interest in processing the personal data outweighs your interest in not processing it (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
 

For this purpose, we process the data mentioned above under "Targeted marketing" as well as the data you provide to us in questionnaires and satisfaction surveys about your customer experience.
 

 

 

The data is used to continuously improve your experience and services. As long as the data is stored for other purposes, the information about your behavior on our platform and the data from reviews and questionnaires will be stored for a period of 12 months from the time of collection
